Srujan Consultants, established in 2011 by its promoter Mr. Shailesh Deshpande with a strong entrepreneurship desire and commitment to provide optimized power system solutions from power plant to plug.

At Srujan, we are committed to technical prudency, continual training, delivering quality output, meeting targets, respecting work ethics and strengthening relations with our Clients, Vendors and Associates.

This dynamic organization, with core competency in Electrical Design began its journey with design of electrical distribution and protection systems. Exhaustive Power System studies and design engineering are carried out for major clients in the areas of Fertilizers, Oil & Gas, Cement, Steel Chemical, Life Science, FMCG, 220kV Substations, Mining and real estate in India and abroad. Trainings are also a part of our activity with topics from basic Electrical Engineering, Switchgear and Protection, Panel Systems, Electrical Safety, Power Systems…etc.,

Specialized in Power System Study, System Design and Analysis for Industries, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Offshore, FMCG, Automotive, Cement, Steel, Mining, Renewables, Process Life Science, Food & Beverage, etc.

Specialized experience in power system study using ETAP. Well experienced in system design, power distribution, switchgear, protection and co-ordination, unit protection of system up to and including 220kV.
Under his leadership and strong entrepreneurship desire, the company has progressed leaps and bounds.

Ajay Mhaiskar

He is proficient and well versed in electrical system design, specifications, power system studies, panel systems, primary and secondary distribution, protection relays, unit protection etc.

His professional background with multinationals, including Schneider, Legrand, and others, contributed to the expansion of Srujan Consultants.

Janhavi deshpande

Janhavi Deshpande

She is in charge of the engineering group working on the Power System Study.

She has working experience of ETAP simulation-based studies and preparation of study reports, relay settings, unit protection relay settings.
